Max Muller is a certified physician assistant specializing in musculoskeletal health, orthopedic care, and regenerative medicine. He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Fitness Management from Illinois Wesleyan University.
Max is licensed by the North Carolina Medical Board and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He brings hands-on experience in orthopedic surgery, along with a patient-centered, performance-driven approach to care — emphasizing precise diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, and restoration of function.
With a strong foundation in both fitness and clinical medicine, Max focuses on reducing pain, restoring mobility, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy. His clinical interests include joint preservation, sports-related injuries, and advanced non-operative treatments, with a particular focus on biologic therapies that support healing and improve long-term outcomes.
Outside of work, Max leads an active lifestyle. He regularly competes in triathlons and enjoys golf, college sports, and traveling — especially to the beach.
