Understanding the multi-day protocol - blood draw series, ACS production, and injection schedule for optimal results.
The Regenokine® Program is a multi-phase treatment requiring planning
Day 1
We draw your blood and process it using the same technique used in Düsseldorf, Germany, to produce autologous conditioned serum (ACS). ACS contains high concentrations of inflammation-resolving cytokines, growth factors, and exosomes.
Day 2
Your blood samples are processed under exacting conditions in our Orthogen-certified laboratory. This process produces Autologous Conditioned Serum (ACS), rich in IL-1Ra, growth factors, and exosomes, which is the core of the Regenokine Program.
4 days of injections performed over one or two weeks
Once your ACS is prepared, you will receive a series of injections, often combined with other healing factors, on a schedule tailored to your condition and needs.
Proper preparation helps ensure optimal results
Avoid NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, celecoxib) as they can interfere with the healing process.
You'll need to visit our office on 5 consecutive days for blood draws. Plan accordingly.
Contact us if you take blood thinners or have questions about any medications.
Drink plenty of water each day for easier blood draws.
A healthy diet supports optimal blood quality and healing.
Sleep supports overall health and blood quality.
Alcohol can affect blood quality and hydration.
Recovery guidelines after each ACS injection
The blood draws must be on consecutive days for proper ACS production. Please plan accordingly before starting. Contact us to schedule a week that works with your calendar — we'll work with you to find suitable times.
Many patients notice improvements within the first few days of the injection series. Maximum benefits may develop over several weeks as tissue health improves. Research shows that many patients experience lasting relief for 2+ years.
Yes, most patients continue normal work activities. The blood draw appointments are brief (15-30 minutes). After each injection, we recommend rest for 24 hours, but desk work is typically fine. Avoid strenuous physical labor on injection days.
Yes. While both use your own blood, they work differently. PRP concentrates platelets and growth factors. The Regenokine® Program produces ACS — a unique combination of anti-inflammatory cytokines (especially IL-1Ra), growth factors, and exosomes that work together to address chronic inflammation and support tissue healing.
